Is there a free trial?
No - there is no free tier and no free credits. Basic starts at $12/month and you can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing area of your account and the subscription stops renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so all major credit and debit cards work. A card is required to start a subscription, which is what keeps it from charging an account nobody controls.
What happens after I subscribe?
Your plan and its credits become active immediately, and the card on file is charged for the period you chose. Renewals continue until you cancel. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
